Product was not working
product came not working at all the laptop could not update i had an error "error code 0xc1900208", also there is no battery i kept the lap in charge for hours and the second i remove the charger the laptop shut down. i packed the laptop and shipped it back next day. They are fast the replacement is coming in 2 days hopefully.
